Services and Pricing

Public events held at venues hired by Crystal Soundscape. Tickets can be purchased via the Sound Bath Events link on our website. Attendees must bring their own mats, bolsters/cushions, blankets, hydration, and other personal items.

Private individual dessions. A$90 for 45 minutes. Conducted at Crystal Soundscape home studio. Only one participant per session. Book via the Private Sessions link on our website.

Private group sessions. A$540 for 45 minutes for up to 12 participants. The client provides a suitable venue (clean, cool, quiet, spacious) and all necessary equipment (yoga mats, bolsters/cushions, blankets, hydration, etc.). Crystal Soundscape will provide the session facilitator. Travel is included within 45 minutes of Lowood QLD 4311; additional travel incurs extra charges. Book via the Private Sessions link on our website.

Payment

Payment is required in full, in advance, to secure your booking.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Public events. Non-refundable. In the rare event the facilitator is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Private individual sessions: Non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking if advised within 48 hours of scheduled session, subject to availability.

Private group sessions: If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled session, a full refund will be paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once per scheduled booking, subject to availability. In the rare event the facilitator is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Health and Safety

Crystal Soundscape sessions are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have heart conditions, severe respiratory issues, or other medical conditions where sound therapy or lying on the floor may be unsafe.

Participants are responsible for consulting their healthcare professional if unsure about suitability.

Clients must notify Crystal Soundscape of any relevant medical conditions prior to the session by completing the Client Intake Questionnaire provided by the facilitator.

Venue Requirements (Private Group Sessions)

The client must provide a venue that is clean, quiet, temperature-controlled, and spacious enough to accommodate all participants comfortably.

All equipment and supplies for participants (mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, hydration) are the client’s responsibility.

Crystal Soundscape reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if the venue does not meet the above requirements. No refunds will be provided in this case.

Travel

Travel for private group sessions is included for locations within 45 minutes of Lowood QLD 4311.

Sessions further afield will incur additional travel charges, which will be quoted in advance.

Liability

Crystal Soundscape is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by participants during sessions.

Participants attend at their own risk.

Liability is limited to the return of payments received.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the facilitator and other participants. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

Miscellaneous

Crystal Soundscape reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By booking a session, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
